SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

At LIQUIDBULK, we offer fast and reliable deliveries to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. All products are delivered on Saturday or Sunday, meaning that you can expect your order to be delivered to you on either one of those days.

Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and weight of the order. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. We currently only deliver our smoothies anywhere within a 13.3 mile radius from SE26 4PR.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods or holidays (All orders will be made on the same day as delivery).
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. We are aim for or all orders made througought the week to arrive on the weekends either Saturday or Sunday. However we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping to any countries. due to the freshness of our product as no perservatives are added. Please correctly check the shipping options available during checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at contact@liquidbulk.co.uk. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy: We do not accept any returns on our smoothies due to the nature of the product being freshly made per order. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a resolve.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team via email: contact@liquidbulk.co.uk and if the fault of the order falls upon LIQUIDBULK we will initate a full refund and a discount code for a next order to compensate for our error.
Refunds: Once an issue has been reported and processed, once assesesded by our customer service team we will determine if your refund request will be valid. If so, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
